My roommate and I have been discussing how the world is becoming increasingly homogenized.

Q: What’s it like living in Florida?
A: A lot like Ohio, we have Chili’s, Lowe’s, Wal-Mart, Chotchkees, Flingers, Best Buy

And Target. Who says design has to be expensive or hard to find? As I was walking down the isles of my local target, take a look at what they sell now:

Wow, I know I’m a sucker for bent plywood, but these pieces look great.

Clearly, it’s a Poang chair, and a Buskbo style table, but the prices are reasonable and there’s a Target in your back yard.
